I just left my pcp who examine my lung function said that everything was perfect no wheezing and other abnormalities. diagnose with mild pneumonia two weeks ago does this mean my symptoms are getting better? no cough, fever.

Better lungs?: That is my guess. Discuss with your dr who is only one that can tell. We cannot listen to your chest.
