Im 19 weeks 6 days pregnant and im 32 years old.my syndrome blood results are 1:558 dr said i should special scan that is expensive.the normal scan showed the fetus efw is 298g.should i be worried that the baby might have down syndrome ?

Talk to OB: Talk to your OB Dr about these results. Let them know that you can't afford the scan, but would like to know the risk of having a Down Syndrome Baby with these results. They can discuss the current results and risk levels in order to ease your concerns.
