Thyroid hormones are balanced. i have 7mm nodule which is non- cancarous and dosnt need biopsy however need to be conteoled every 6 months. can it cause excessive facial hair? or is it the reason why i have bad resulta in laser hair treatment?

Hirstuism: Thyroid abnormalities can contribute to excessive hair but you said that your hormones are balanced. Idiopathic hirsutism can occur where no cause is discovered.

If thyroid hormones are balanced. what causes thyroid nodules ? I usually take ultrasonography every 6-12 months. and one nodule which is 8 mm stays the same size. (biopsy is not necessary and it is non-cancerous)
