Prenatal vitamins: Please continue to use NO Alzam (Alprazolam) as it can cause pregnancy problems. Taking prenatal vitamins makes sense as it contains extra folate (to prevent neural tube defects) & higher amounts of certain other vitamins/ minerals. Regarding sleep - consider lavender scent in room, warm shower before bed, chamomile tea and good sleep hygiene.

Prenatal vitamins: Prenatal vitamins are just vitamins. If a woman is in good health with good nutrition, the added vitamins from prenatal vitamins are not noticeable to her body, because she is already getting enough of the vitamins from her diet. The vitamins don't help a person get pregnant. Folic Acid (alone or with other vitamins) does help decrease the chance of a particular bad type of birth defect.
