Don't go: Rubber bullets can be destructive, and can injure you. If you are that concerned - DON'T GO!

Whole body : The whole body needs protection from rubber bullets: they can cause fractures of bones, internal organ bleeding, bleeding of the brain, and abnormal heart rhythms. 15% of those injured can have permanent disabilities, one of which is blindness, and others are splenectomy and bowel resection. Any bullet shot at the velocity of a rifle is not safe for humans! (~71% are serious injuries) Be safe

Trauma to the nose: I would recommend a whole facial mask to protect against trauma and a scarf for the neck.

The larynx: A deadly martial arts technique is a sharp blow that may produce a fracture of the laryngeal cartilage, producing airway occlusion. This may also disrupt both tiny, delicate, recurrent laryngeal nerves. This will produce vocal cord paralysis, and possibly spasm of the glottis and inability to breathe. From bruises I have seen from these rubber bullets I think they could produce this result.
