Dermatitis: Redness and itchiness of skin indicates an allergic response caused by histamines. It could be additives in the water, or chlorine or other components. Allergy to Water itself is actually very very rare. Try using an antihistamine such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine), Claritin (loratidine) or Zyrtec (Cetirizine). Try also wearing gloves when washing dishes, cleaning the house or bathing kids.
