Chest pain: Has to be investigated rapidly due to its life threatening potential. If your age is correct (27) and even though it appears unlikely to have a heart attack, there are a few other conditions involving heart, big vessels and lungs that have similar potential and that's why the closest ER is recommended for evaluation.
