What is the likely condition associated with the following symptoms: consistent, mild abdominal pain especially at night passing blood with stool, bright red occasional constipation appear to worsen after drinking fizzy drinks or spicy food?

Gut blood: This cannot really be answered without better history and exam. Discuss with your Dr; hemorrhoids? Someone need to look at your anus and stick a finger in it to feel for problems. Discuss with your Dr as that may have already been done.
