If a patient is declared disabled and not fit for work by both hospital doctors and the doctors picked by the company the patient used to work for, when the disability form is being filled should those doctors be paid by the patient to fill the form?

Work = pay: I don't think our society on Earth would function if people are not paid for the work they do. All persons should be paid, no matter what type of work they do. Please make sure your doctors (the people doing work regarding your health) are paid promptly and properly. That would be the right thing to do.
