Dysmenorrhea: Sorry to hear that. Consider use of NSAID’s, OTC meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise & acupuncture. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol & salt. Sipping Chamomile can dissipate pain.

Evaluation : for ovarian cyst, or endometriosis, could be causing the pain. Irregular ovulation could be causing period problems. Insulin resistance/polycystic ovarian syndrome, could be the source of ovulation issues. See your doctor for exam and treatment planning.
