Sharp pain: Pain has a cause that may or may not be considerably more problematic than COVID. Considering the extreme isolation and disinfection procedures used by your doctor, his/her office is less risky than the supermarket. Call and ask whether they need to see you or if a tele-Medicine visit would be appropriate.
