Factor v/ COVID : You should see a doctor. There is a predisposition for clots with factor v leiden deficiency and COVID 19. I don't have enough information to say that this is an emergency or not, but it could be.

COVID 19: I agree with Dr. Romano. I would also recommend consultation with your own medical provider who knows your history. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, persistent significant chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
