Have been menstruating almost continuously since the beginning of lockdown. i have days of bleeding, one or two no-bleed days, then spotting and then bleeding. there's no consistency to this and i have again begun bleeding very heavily.

Irregular bleeding: Irregular bleeding can be caused by many things, some serious/some not: hormonal disruption, uterine fibroids/ endometriosis/ adenomyosis, ovarian problems, a tumor, or miscarriage. Bleeding for 10 weeks needs to be addressed urgently, as you may have developed anemia and other secondary problems. See a Dr ASAP to do an exam and order blood tests/imaging. They will be able to treat you.
