Vaginal Cyst: Vaginal cysts usually form when a gland or duct becomes clogged, causing liquid or another material to collect inside. Trauma can cause an inclusion cyst. Blockage of the Bartholin gland can cause a Bartholin gland cyst. An abscess can form when there is an infection by a bacteria or STD.
