We got our home professional painted with water based paint (sw cashmere) it still smelled strong when i was down to check it out after they finished. i became nauseous and headache. have i dont harm to baby at 20 weeks? i had about 20 min exposure.

Not usually harmful: Water based paint is a respiratory irritant. While it may cause nausea and headaches, a short exposure such as yours should not be harmful to your 20 week pregnancy. A more urgent problem may be the old paint that was originally on the wall as many of these contained lead. Make sure you were not exposed to dust from wall refinishing. If you were, consult your Dr for lead testing.
