Ive had a very bad headache/migraine for the past 3days. it was faint on sunday. monday it was bad in the evening till i slept and i had neck, shoulder and upper back pain all on my right side. headache again on tuesday with no bodily pains?

Headache: Have you been diagnosed with migraines or is this the term you use to describe headaches? Headache could be from musculoskeletal causes. A tension headache can sometimes transition into a migraine headache. Have you tried heat, acetaminophen or NSAID's? Consider eval if not remitting.
