I have regular menstrual cycle and in vaginal ultrasonography the results were good everything in order. however, i have hirsutism can it be because of pcos or something else? can it occur with regular menstrual cycle?

Hirsutism: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of hirsutism. It might occur with Cushing syndrome, Congenital adrenal hyperplasia, some medications & some tumors.
