Sunday i started my menstrual cycle. it was and still is really heavy. i would fill the pad almost instantly. i'd say i fill up one pad in an hour and a half. quite a bit of clotting and once i've used the bathroom bleeding remains heavy.

Heavy bleeding: If changing pads > 1 every 2 hours would go to ER for evaluation as can lose a lot of blood.. May be a miscarriage as you dont mention when you previous period was. This can happen with fibroids and in poly cystic ovarian syndrome where periods are irregular as well.
