Probable Lipomas: You might be desscribing collections of fat cells that occur in lumps, bumps and clusters and are called lipomas or fat tumors. These are benigh and usually of no concern. Ocassionally one will be in the wrong place, get too big or be too unsightly so as to have to be surgically removed. If in doublt, see pcp/dermatologist or other practicioner.
