Call your Dr.: Any sudden/urgent questions during your pregnancy should be directed at the OB who is following you. If you have not had your first appointment yet, make an appt to see an OB of your choosing ASAP. The bleeding is probably benign, but you should take it easy, rest with your legs up and make sure you are not taking any meds that can cause bleeding like ibuprofen, NSAIDS, vitamin E, fish oils.
