What could cause thin homogeneous watery white vaginal discharge no smell no itch ?

Normal vaginal : secretions, during and after orgasm, appear in this fashion, no infection unless you notice odor or severe itching. The vulva and vaginal wall become engorged, and secretions increase to help lubricate potential vaginal penetration.

I have excessive watery creamy white vaginal discharge. What it causing it?

Needs evaluation: Vaginal discharge requires an examination to determine the cause and treatment. Bacterial vaginosis is the most common cause and often has a vaginal odor. Vaginal itching can be a sign of a yeast infection. Sometimes vaginal discharge can be a sign of a sexual transmitted infection. Testing is important to determine the treatment and keep you and your partner safe.

Normal?: It may be a normal type of vaginal discharge. Some vaginal discharge can be normal. If you were pregnant, then a larger amount of creamy, white discharge is normal. The vaginal discharge could also reflect a yeast infection, but those often cause more irritation.

A female asked:

Clumpy white vaginal discharge that has a funky smell??

Probably yeast: The clumpy white discharge is almost always due to a yeast infection. You can try one of the OTC yeast medications - if that does not do the job then see your doctor. The odor may be related to the yeast, if it does not go away when the discharge resolves, then see your doctor.
