Chest sore to touch?: If touch makes the area tender it is probably not your heart. You seem pretty young to have heart blockage disease. Probably you strained the muscles and it is sore. Do you smoke or use drugs? Is there family history of heart disease? If you answered yes to the two questions then see a doctor. If sore to touch take pain medication and massage the muscles with liniment.
