Bulbar mnd? i have a twitching tongue & lips for weeks. no voice or swallowing changes. saw a neurologist 5 yrs ago with leg faculations & tighness in legs. was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. i also suffer from excess acid. taking meds for that.

Need to examine: While fasciculations is one of the manifestations of MND, it is not feasible to make that diagnosis in this forum without examining you. It would be prudent to visit your neurologist again. Wish you good health!
