Need eval: You need to see a Dr. for these symptoms as it is important to make sure you have no neurological issues that could cause some of your symptoms, such as a pinched nerve. And to assure the slurred speech is caused by your tongue issue and not TIA like symptoms, etc. Get EVAL asap. Best wishes.
