Maybe your age: Your profile indicates you're 50 years old. If that's accurate, it's likely you're no longer fertile, even if still having regular menstrual periods. Good for you for making healthy lifestyle changes and balanced diet, but unfortunately tehse are unlikely to make any difference in chance of conception. This is something to address with your personal physician. Good luck.

Healthy choices: Agree with Dr. Handsfield. It is rare for a woman to still be fertile at age 50. However, I do commend your healthy lifestyle changes. Keep up the good work.
