My legs are dry, its always been like that. i noticed dark hair follicles, and some hair follicles were kinda darkish around it. i dont know why i have those dark hair follicles, the really dark ones don't have hair.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try using an emollient like vaseline, if that does not help in 2-3 months it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
