Saline nasal wash: AS with any irritant, soap in your nose can be flushed out with a saline nasal wash (available OTC at any pharmacy). Follow the directions carefully and flush each nostril at least one time with enough saline solution to clear away any irritants. Complete recovery may take up to 24 hours.
