Go to hospital: A burn is an emergency problem. If the skin has been burned through its full thickness, He will need pain meds, and it will need to be removed (debrided) by a burn specialist and potentially have skin from another location grafted onto the burn site to actually heal. None of this process is something that can be addressed at home or at a regular dr office.
