Im 16 weeks pregnant. ive been having persistent head aches for over 4 days, theyre so bad ive started puking and see starts when i stand. my bp 125/95 yesterday. should i be concerned ?

Yes: Severe headaches at 16 weeks gestation for 4 days should be evaluated immediately by a OB MD as it may be the first sign of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension or Pre-Eclampsia which can cause a stroke, seizures, and/or pregnancy loss.
