Heavy eyes can be caused by eye strain, allergies, dryness, or fatigue. Take a self inventory: how much time you have been spending on screens (cut back or rest eyes throughout day), if your eyes have been itchy (allergies- see a dr), or feel gritty (dry eye-use lubricating eye drops), or if you are getting enough rest (increased rest/sleep). Try moist cool compresses and increase your fluids too.
