I accidentally looked in the direction of a uvc bulb for a brief (emphasis on brief) moment, and i wasn't wearing protective eye wear other than my glasses should i be worried? what should i look out for and at what point do i seek medical attention?

UVC: Brief exposure as you described should not result in any permanent harm. I'm confident that you quickly turned away once realizing it was UVC light.
