Is it bad for eyes to sit in the dark all day especially if looking at a screen? i don't wear glasses at the moment.

Move about: You should get up and walk around a little every 30-45 minutes. Sitting for prolonged periods is not good for health in general. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine

UV Light: Over the years looking at screens like a computer, or a tablet, can cause dry eyes, and some mild retinal problems. Why are you doing this. Are you depressed ??
