Ive been on spiranolactone and cyclic progesterone therapy for 4 months. on day 28 of my cycle, this past sunday i started having brown and pink spotting until today, wednesday. today the spotting has stopped but i still havent gotten my period?

Spironolactone: Without knowing why you are taking these cannot answer. But I would check to see if you are pregnant if that is a possibility.
