Ob-Gyn Dr. can help: If trying to get pregnant (presuming 28 day cycles), be sure to have sex twice a day starting from day 11-12, for six days. Be happy, enjoy life, and don't think about pregnancy too much. It will happen when it happens. Since 9 months already passed with no pregnancy, can ask Ob-Gyn doctor for help. Start on prenatal vitamins to help prevent certain types of birth defects when pregnancy happens

Needs evaluation. : Infertility may have many causes such as anovulation, blocked tubes, male causes such as low or absent sperm count, etc. Low progesterone may lead to early miscarriage after pregnancy. See your doctor for an evaluation. If low progesterone is the main problem, your doctor may consider ovulation induction and progesterone supplementation during the first trimester of pregnancy.
