Normal: The most common cause of a centralized bump under a nipple at 11yo is a breast bud.It can happen on one side before the other & be uncomfortable as stretch fibers respond to the rapid growth. Clothing rubbing over it can cause tingling or discomfort. Her doc can confirm this at a visit but I would bring it up if you go in for something else, not schedule a visit for something so predictable.
