Abdominal gurgling: May be reflux, gallbladder, inflammatory bowel disease ( usually w/ diarrhea w/blood/ mucus) . May be food intolerance- main food allergies are milk, soy gluten eggs. Could avoid milk products- milk yogurt /cheeses for a week and see if improvement. If no change a weeks without gluten ( grains , bread cakes, cookies). If no change a week without soy, etc.F/u/ w/ gastroenterologist and allergist
