See a Dr: Nausea/vomiting associated with flushing can be a sign of a disturbance in your son's autonomic system. These disturbances can be caused by simple things like hormone changes or more serious things like a pheochromocytoma. His Dr should do a thorough neurological, physical exam and might opt to draw labs to determine what is going on.
