It's difficult: Stretch marks are little tears in the epidermis or skin, caused by relatively rapid stretching of the skin. Causes of stretch marks are usually pregnancy, or significant weight gain. Stretch marks will fade from pink to a silver color with time. They can only be removed with chemical peels, dermabrasion or laser therapy.
