Would spinal epidurals for herniated discs show up 4 years later on ct as sclerotic lesions? i have degenerative discs in every part of spine. could any of these show up as lesions?

Not likely: The injection is placed in the spinal column, and the needle should not touch bone or anything that would cause a sclerotic finding on CT . Search for another cause. Good luck
