There is no cure for: This degeneration which occurs in all but accelerated by genetic or family history, by obesity as well as by smoking. So, to minimize symptoms, stay trim, don't smoke and get in shape with regular core strengthening, stretching and cardiovascular exercise. Otc meds may help if no reasons medically not to use them. A back support may also provide relief and a cheaper solution is inversion table.
