Pleurisy?: Sometimes people get a "stitch" in their chest that is just a spasm of one of the intercostal muscles (muscles between ribs) but it could be pleurisy. However, this occurs with things like a viral (or other) infection, autoimmune disease and other things. so if you feel well otherwise, I doubt that it is that.
