Intermittent fever,weakness, loss of appetite. can you recommend a medicine for that which is better panadrex or panadol?

Your preference: I am not sure why you asked but the name may just be different because of who made them. They both contain paracetamol, I am not familiar with panadrex. Check to see on the box the difference so you could decide what you would rather take. Both of them have pain and fever relieving properties. I hope you feel better soon.
