We have almost 90,000 dead in the us from coronavirus. are certain groups, like the old senators in congress or the white house staff, perhaps taking daily preventive antivirals that regular people cannot access yet?

No: There are no known and universally accepted preventive drugs for coronavirus. Many are claimed to be, such as vitamins, zinc or hydroxychloroquine, but so far they are at an anecdotal level. Prevention is key otherwise and being able to follow social distancing makes a difference.

No evidence of this.: A number of antiviral medications are in trials currently but none has been shown to cure the virus.
