Hello, im a runner and i have a bruise-like mark on my big toenail near the base of the nail. its been there for about a month or better, and i still feel slight pain from it. could it be a bruise? im concerned it might be an infected cuticle or fungus

Need to examine: If you did not hurt it and it appeared on its own, it would be prudent to have a doctor examine it in case, by remote chance, it is a melanoma. Wish you good health!
