Input?: The gastrointestinal tract takes in food, and liquids and removes nutrients and water while it passes through the stomach/intestines. Anything unusable or foreign is typically excreted in stool. If you are eating a diet high in water and fiber (fresh vegetables, fruit and whole grains) and low in intestine clogging saturated fats (grease), you can expect normal stools. Look at your diet recently
