Infection: There could be overlapping infection such as pneumonia.Flu.Colds.Ear infection.

Infection: If you son was 100 % healthy after the bronchiolitis, then the fever most likely represents a new infection. After a fever of 5 days, he should be seen and examined to see the cause.
