Bronchiolitis: this is caused by the RSV virus for the most part, and the best treatment is steam inhalations, in the past breathing treatments using albuterol was prescribed but recent literature has shown that this treatment does not help, use the bulb syringe and suck out the mucus from the nose, and push fluids if this still does not help then go to the ER

See Your Doctor NOW: Lower respiratory infections in young children can cause inflammation and spasm of the airways which are already of small caliber. Serious and life-threatening complications can quickly follow such as pneumonia & respiratory failure. Bronchiolitis is such a condition. Your baby must see a doctor NOW. If your pediatrician cannot see your child, go to an emergency room now.
