Doctor can examine: His pediatrician at his 2-month check-up can explain the situation. If past his check-up, parents can do a video consultation with his doctor to show the underside of the penis. He may have a hypospadias, which leads to a consultation with Pediatric Urology at the nearest Children's Specialty Hospital. Needs to be diagnosed soon so everyone will know what the plans are, but usually not urgent.
