Many aren't feeling: so great right now. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night & good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises & meditation. Don't isolate - spend time w friends (telephone, emails, skype etc). & stay active. If you are allowed to be outdoors in your area, walk in green spaces.

Mood: The fact that you have a good history is encouraging. We can all use support, especially during the pandemic. The lack of motivation you describe may be depression. Please establish a relationship w/primary care doctor. Beyond that, a clinical psychologist can be very helpful getting you through this. Peace and good health.
