More consultation: No individual advice here, but many antidepressants can take 3-5 weeks to become effective. If you are not achiveing good results returining for more consultaton and ensuring medical tests have been completed. Lack of zest for life, anhedonia, is often late to improve, but is important for quality of live. Combination psychotherapy with a psychologist and medication is better than either alone.

Talk to your doctor.: Seems like the medication has helped resolve your anxiety. Unfortunately your lack of zest is cause for concern. I recommend that you talk to your prescribing physician to determine how your medications can be adjusted.
